For this package, you have every intention of planning your own wedding, but would like to start on solid footing by running your ideas past event professionals who have hundreds of weddings under their belts. We would gather for one intense two hour meeting during which you can ask questions about anything you're unsure of-where can I rent a certain hard-to-find item? Does this vendor's price quote look reasonable? What do I need to take into consideration in order to truly compare reception facilities? How do I solve a specific etiquette situation that feels unique to my family? During our 2 hour meeting, we will help you develop your event theme, style, and level of formality. We will share helpful over-all planning advice, and offer specific vendor recommendations that will fit your personal needs. Price: $75- 2 hours

Wedding Weekend Management

For this package, you have already planned your wedding, but you'd like someone else in charge on the wedding day. We would meet once in advance to discuss any remaining concerns you have, and help you tie up any loose ends. We reconfirm with your vendors, create your event itinerary, and carefully oversee the details at the rehearsal and wedding. We will have your event plan in hand, leaving more time for you and your family to relax and enjoy your special time together. A bride can do all the planning in the world, but when it comes down to it, she needs to spend the wedding day being the bride. She can go on faith that all details will fall into place, or she can hire an advocate who will tirelessly maintain control of the event. Price Range: $800-$3000

Start to Finish

For this package, we work with you side-by-side during your entire planning process. A meeting in the beginning helps us get to know you, your priorities, your style, your vision. We offer multiple vendors in every category, connecting you with people who really fit into creating that vision, and allow you to make the hiring choices. We are available for unlimited email and phone conversations. We help you with any concerns during your planning process, and help to keep your original vision at the forefront as all other decisions are made along the way. We gather for one big meeting closer to your event to tie up loose ends, tag high-concern items, and plan for your weekend itinerary. We develop a minute-by-minute guideline for your entire weekend, and pride ourselves on our high success rate for getting the bride down the aisle on time (who likes to wait for a wedding that starts late?!) We attend (or even run) your rehearsal, and happily attend to every detail during the entire next day, starting hours ahead of the ceremony and staying until dinner is complete. Trouble-shooting is our specialty, and we love the exhausting rush of obsessing over each minor detail spanning each individual minute of your entire celebration. This package is further customized to the individual needs of clients, and the price ranges from $1500-$5000. Depending on the location of your event, some additional travel expenses may apply. Planner for a Day

This unique option gives you our services for one full day of your choice in advance of the wedding! We start the day with breakfast and beverages where we talk through all your details, find out what needs you still have, look over contracts, help with timeline, style decisions, vendor decisions and concerns; whatever you would like. This meeting can be as long as you would like, from here we travel to whatever locations you need us to accompany you to and help with all decisions, concerns, style ideas, layout, etc. that you may be struggling with or just want a professional eye or opinion on. Examples would be menu decisions, room layout, decor and style ideas and decisions, ceremony site logistics, etc. We can meet with your florist, reception site, photographer, for whatever appointments you feel an expert would be beneficial. We will talk in advance via phone and/or e-mail and help you decide in advance who you need to meet with and set-up appointments and schedule the day. At the end of the day we will do a wrap up meeting, again this can be as long as you need, as long or as short as you would like depending on other appointments. We will spend a total of 9 hours in one day, working out every detail, sharing expert advice, helping you with etiquette questions, help you develop the style and feel of your celebration, work out timing or logistical concerns and being your advocate and expert for vendor meetings. At the end of the day you will leave with #1 A lot of planning done in one day, and #2 piece of mind that you have had expert advice and help.
