~March 22, 2008 Look for Tamara's Cake at the Group Cake Tasting at the Radisson Paper Valley in Appleton

~March 10, 2008  Tamara participated in The Extreme Wedding Cake Challenge. The Competition was 5 hours of intense decorating onsite at the Midwest Express Center in the midst of the Wisconsin Restaurant and Bakery Association Annual Expo.

~On February 5, 2008 Tamara created a show cake to be onstage at the opening night of Mamma Mia at the Fox Cities PAC, celebrating their 5th Anniversary, and on display in the PAC lobby.

Tamara is one of the designers for the Nutcracker in the Castle at the Paine Art Center Nov. 2007-January 2008
